Refund & Cancellation Policy – Digital Event Tickets

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on www.starvisiontickets.com for digital event tickets sold by Star Vision Advertising WLL.

By purchasing a ticket through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. DIGITAL TICKET SALES – NO REFUND POLICY

All tickets sold on our website are digital event tickets (including QR-code tickets and electronic confirmations).

Due to the nature of digital tickets:

  • All ticket sales are final
  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted once a ticket has been issued
  • Tickets cannot be returned after purchase

This policy applies regardless of whether the ticket has been used, unused, lost, or deleted.


2. EVENT CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

2.1 Event Cancelled

  • If an event is officially cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, a refund may be issued at the discretion of the event organizer
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method only

2.2 Event Rescheduled

  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the organizer’s policy

Star Vision Advertising WLL acts solely as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for event decisions made by organizers.


3. PAYMENT METHOD & REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout
  • Supported methods include:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
    • BenefitPay (Benefit – Bahrain)

Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or personal reasons
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Incorrect ticket selection by the customer
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Lost, stolen, or misused tickets
  • Technical issues caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filtering

5. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

  • Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation, account suspension, or legal action
  • Proof of ticket delivery and usage may be submitted to payment providers when disputes arise

6. FORCE MAJEURE

No refunds shall be issued for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Venue closures
