15th &16th January 20266 PM to 10.30 PMThe Indian School, ISA Town Campus1.1 These Terms and Conditions of ticket sale and entry (“T&Cs”) apply to all tickets sold for events (“Events”) held at any premises managed by Starvision Events & Media Group (“Starvision”), whether organised by Starvision or by a third-party promoter. These T&Cs also apply to Events organised by Starvision at any other premises.
The promoter (being Starvision or another promoter, referred to as the “Promoter”) is responsible for producing, promoting, and providing the Event staged at the venue specified on the ticket (“Venue”).
A “Ticket” refers to any ticket, pass, wristband, lanyard, card, digital credential, or other document issued by Starvision’sauthorised ticket service provider that permits entry to an Event.

1.2 By purchasing and/or using a Ticket, the purchaser (“Ticket Purchaser”) agrees to be bound by these T&Cs. Where Tickets are purchased on behalf of others (“Third Parties”), the Ticket Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all Ticket Holders are aware of and comply with these T&Cs.
1.3 Any breach of these T&Cs may result in refusal of entry, removal from the Venue, cancellation of the Ticket, and/or legal action.
2.1 Tickets may only be purchased from authorised outlets approved by Starvision Events & Media Group, including official websites and approved sales channels.
2.2Starvision accepts no responsibility for Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources. Counterfeit, lost, or stolen Tickets may result in denied entry and possible legal action.
2.3 Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
2.4 Ticket Holders must check all Ticket details immediately upon receipt. Errors should be reported promptly.
2.5 Ticket Purchasers confirm that they are at least 18 years of age. Persons under 21 years of age should obtain parental or guardian consent prior to purchase.
2.6 Children under 8 years are not permitted to enter the Venue. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older. All attendees must hold a valid Ticket.
2.7 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.8Starvision reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Tickets purchased per person.
2.9 Ticket prices include admission to the Event only, unless otherwise stated.
2.10 Ticket Holders may be required to present the original payment card and a valid photo ID for entry.
3.1 Tickets are issued for personal use only.
3.2 Tickets may not be resold, transferred, exchanged, or used for commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes without prior written consent from the Promoter.
3.3Starvision reserves the right to cancel Tickets that it reasonably believes are associated with ticket touting or unauthorised resale platforms.
3.4 Tickets used in breach of these T&Cs will be deemed void and no refund or compensation will be provided.
4.1 Ticket Holders must comply with all Venue Conditions of Entry.
4.2 A valid Ticket must be retained and presented upon request at all times.
4.3 Tickets permit one-time entry only. Re-entry is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Tickets grant access only to authorised areas of the Venue.
4.5 Late arrival may result in delayed or denied admission without refund.
4.6Starvision Events & Media Group reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Venue for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, disorderly conduct, intoxication, possession of prohibited items, unauthorised access, or emergency situations. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4.7 Ticket Holders agree to indemnify Starvision against any loss, damage, or liability arising from their breach of these T&Cs.
5.1 Seating layouts and allocations are subject to change at Starvision’s discretion.
5.2 Some seats may have restricted views or legroom. No refunds will be provided on this basis.
5.3 Certain areas of the Venue may be exposed to heat or direct sunlight.
5.4 Standing in seated areas may affect sightlines. No compensation will be offered in such cases.
6.1 Any complaints relating to the Event must be directed to the Promoter.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend performers, schedules, seating, or programmes without refund.
6.3Starvision does not guarantee Event start times or uninterrupted performances.
6.4Starvision is not responsible for the actions or omissions of artists or third parties.
6.5 Events may be delayed, interrupted, postponed, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, without liability.
6.6 Neither Starvision nor the Promoter shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7.1 Ticket Holders must comply with all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Venue rules.
7.2 Attendance at the Event is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. Starvision accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage.
8.1 No refunds or exchanges will be made under any circumstances, including force majeure or personal reasons.
8.2 If an Event is cancelled in its entirety, the Promoter may refund the face value of the Ticket at its discretion.
8.3 For postponed Events, refunds may be considered at the Promoter’s discretion.
8.4 Complimentary Tickets have no monetary value.
8.5 Lost, stolen, or damaged Tickets will not be replaced.
8.6 Tickets are not redeemable for cash.
9.1Starvision Events & Media Group collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
9.2 Ticket Holders consent to photography, filming, and recording at the Venue for promotional and commercial use.
10.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
10.2 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
10.3 These T&Cs may vary by Event.
10.4Starvision Events & Media Group reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
